Erin F. Granberry
Erin is a manager in Health Care Services in HORNE LLP’s Hattiesburg, MS, office. She works with trauma hospitals and physicians in Mississippi in conjunction with the Mississippi State Department of Health, Division of Emergency Medical Services, to administer the Mississippi Trauma Care Trust Fund which was established to reimburse qualified providers for uncompensated trauma care.
Erin joined HORNE as a Health Care consultant in 1995. She has more than 15 years of management experience in the medical field including strategic planning, marketing and sales management, workflow modeling and oversight of human resources and client services functions. She has served as a corporate trainer and consultant in the field of human resources including training in conflict management, performance evaluation systems, job description design and implementation, writing employee handbooks and other supervisory topics. Her public speaking experience includes national and statewide presentations on the Mississippi Trauma Care Trust Fund, conflict management, performance evaluations, drug testing regulations and other personnel management topics.
Erin holds Bachelor of Science, Master of Business Administration and Master of English degrees from the University of Southern Mississippi, where she has also served as adjunct faculty in the Department of Management.
