Anne M. Martin
Anne is a compliance manager in Specialty Accounting at HORNE LLP where she works for the Small Rental Assistance Program Round 2 (SRAP 2). She manages the financial analysts in their daily work and develops policies and procedures to ensure participant eligibility for the SRAP 2 program.
Anne has more than 20 years of experience in overseas development working on relief and development. She worked in Sub-Saharan Africa where she was mainly in community education and child survival programs. She managed projects ranging from feeding centers for malnourished children to demining of communities.
Anne holds a bachelor’s degree and master’s degree from Louisiana Tech.
