The Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act: What You Need to Know Now

After months of debate, financial regulatory reform has been signed into law. The Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act (the "Act") will impact multiple areas of banking practice and so the question now is, what do community bankers need to know about the act to be prepared? This Arkansas Bankers Association sponsored program will discuss the act from both a legal and accounting standpoint, and address both the specific issues that community bankers should be aware of as well as provide an overview of the new regulatory landscape created by the act.  HORNE Partner and Firmwide Director of Financial Institutions Rusty Butcher will be a speaker at this seminar.
