Attorneys frequently hire financial experts for consulting advice and/or expert testimony.  When hiring the right person, an attorney should consider the financial expert's education, certifications, experience and personality.   Once a financial expert is retained, how is data and information managed and how can you help prepare the expert for testimony. This presentation will address the hiring of financial experts and coordination financial expert services.
