Paid Time Off (PTO)
Team members at HORNE enjoy a generous accrual of
Paid Time Off to use at their discretion. Accrual rate, determined
by position and years of service, begins at date of
hire.
Holidays
In addition to PTO, HORNE team members receive eight paid
holidays, including New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day,
Labor Day, Thanksgiving (two days) and Christmas (two days).
Personal Enrichment Time
HORNE understands and encourages team members to enrich their
lives outside of the office, which is why we offer team members the
chance to refocus, recharge and renew during paid Personal
Enrichment Time (PET). PET is based on performance and may be
awarded to exceptional salaried team members (below the partner
level) after their first full year of employment. Up to two weeks
may be awarded at the discretion of the partner in charge.
PET does not affect team member's PTO or holidays.

HORNE wants to prepare team members to make the most of
life after retiring from the working arena. That is why we offer
our team members highly competitive retirement benefits through our
Profit Sharing Plan. The plan includes discretionary firm
contributions and individual 401(k) contributions.
Health Plan Options
We understand that team members' health needs vary; therefore,
we are pleased to offer three health plans which allow team members
to select the plan that best fits their families' and their needs.
Team members are eligible for coverage the first day of the month
following date of hire.
Dental Plan
HORNE team members may choose to participate in the dental
plan. This plan provides coverage for preventive (twice annually)
services, minor and major restorative procedures, and orthodontia
benefits for dependent children. Team members are eligible for
coverage the first day of the month following date of hire.
Vision
HORNE team members may choose to
participate in the vision plan. This plan provides coverage for eye
exams, glasses or contacts for team members and their families. New
team members are eligible for coverage the first day of the month
following date of hire.
Life and Accidental Death and
Dismemberment Insurance
Our families depend on us, and the Firm is committed to
providing you the financial security through life insurance
coverage with a reliable insurance company. The life
insurance package includes benefits paid by the Firm and
supplemental coverage available at your cost. Team members
are eligible for coverage in each plan the first of the month
following date of hire.
Long-term Disability
Team members are automatically enrolled in the long-term
disability plan, and the Firm pays the full premium. Should
you become disabled and unable to work for 90 days or more, the
plan provides income replacement at a percentage of salary.
Short-term Disability
Team members may choose to participate in a short-term
disability plan, which provides replacement of percentage of
pre-disability salary. There is no waiting (elimination) period for
accidents and a seven day waiting period for illnesses. Premiums
are age-rated, and team members are responsible for payment of the
premium through payroll deduction.
Voluntary Plans
We understand that team members' needs are different. In order
to provide additional insurance options, you may purchase
individual policies through a provider. Available coverage
includes:

Credit Union
HORNE team members have the option to use a full range of
