Mentoring
Every HORNE associate and intern is assigned a mentor. As a mentee, you and your mentor will develop and agree upon performance goals and priorities, identify and discuss key strengths and outline progress.

Fast Start
As a new hire, your first day at HORNE will consist of an orientation program called Fast Start. This orientation provides information about the firm and the processes we use. Above all, you will learn more about who we are, what we expect and how we do things from your very first day on our team.

Becker Professional Review
HORNE is able to offer team members Becker CPA review materials at no charge. You can choose face-to-face training, CD-ROM training, internet-based training or a combination of all three as you prepare for your CPA exams.

The HORNE College Capstone Program
College Capstone is a two-day leadership and personal development program for team members and a select group of college students. It is designed to help facilitate personal growth and better communication as well as help team members and students network with others across the firm.

Career Balance Arrangements
HORNE wants to ensure that your life comes first. That is why we have a series of Career Balance Arrangement (CBA) options available. Although CBA is not for everyone and not mandatory, these life/work balancing options are available to any team member who expresses interest:

Community Connection
HORNE is known not only for great work but also for our commitment to community service. HORNE Ranked 48th in the accounting firm rankings, a list compiled by merging firms' quality of life issues with overall prestige.
