Applying and Interviewing

HORNE on Campus Apply

Let's Get Started

Above all, our recruiting process is designed to be easy, fun and informative. Sure, we want to get to know you, but we also want you to get to know us. To see our team in action, interact with various professionals and experience our culture from the inside.

STEP 1: Meet And Greet
HORNE recruits on each college campus through the career center and school of business. These two resources are the best way to find out about available positions at HORNE or to submit your résumé for an on-campus interview. We participate in on-campus interviews during the fall semester only. But that doesn't stop our recruiting team from visiting and planning other fun events in the spring, too. These socials are a great way to meet our team members in a relaxed, informal atmosphere and find out what life is really like at HORNE.

STEP 2: Be Prepared
HORNE requires that you provide a current transcript and résumé in order to receive an on-campus interview. Intern applicants--that means you, too. So get these things together today, and take a copy to both your career center and/or school of business.

STEP 3: The Drill
Congratulations! You've moved on to the interview portion of our process. Your career center or school of business will notify you about your interview time. Interview attire is business casual. Please make sure you bring a copy of your résumé and transcript with you to every interview. And above all, be yourself!

First, the campus interview.
During the campus interview you'll have the opportunity to speak one-on-one with a HORNE partner, manager or supervisor representing any of our office locations. Relax, don't be scared to speak up and let your true self shine.

Next, the office interview.
You made it! You have been extended an invitation to an office interview held in your location of interest. You'll find out more about us as we find out more about you. Plus, you'll get to meet some great people who, hopefully, you will be calling teammates in no time at all.

Finally, the big decision.
After the office interviews, you will be contacted within two weeks--that's a promise. Good luck!
