HORNE FastStart

Your first day as a new team member at HORNE will consist of our orientation program, HORNE FastStart. HORNE FastStart will provide you with information about our business advisory and accounting firm and the processes we use, so you can get acclimated with who we are and how we do things before you get down to work.

In this new hire orientation, you will:

• Learn about our brand
• Identify key firm resources
• Understand the RSM McGladrey Network - the premier alliance of independent accounting and consulting firms in the nation. Our alliance with this network adds extensive resources, benefiting not only our firm but also our clients.
• Review the employee guidebook and benefits package
• Navigate HORNELink
• Practice using e-mail, databases, and time entry software of HORNE

Continuing Professional Education (CPE)

CPE at HORNE LLP is tracked through an extensive CPE program. That way, team members can easily access their account and track their hours.

HORNE Leadership Summit

The HORNE Leadership Summit is a firmwide event for associates through partners focused on developing HORNE's team members.  Team members hear from impressive external and internal speakers on relevant topics such as teamwork, industry developments and the firm's vision. Team members from HORNE offices across five states gather for this annual event each summer.

The HORNE Capstone Program

Capstone is a two day leadership and personal development skills program for team members. It is designed to facilitate personal growth and better communication, as well as help team members network with others across the firm. The program is comprised of four powerful, interactive sessions on creating value, client service, leadership, and business development. These courses are lead by HORNE team members as well as various outside instructors.
