Bob is the human resources director at HORNE LLP where he leads the firm's initiatives in management development, recruiting, selection and retention programs, compensation and benefit program development, employee relations program development, training and career pathing. He also serves as a member of HORNE's personnel committee.
Bob joined HORNE in 2004 and has more than 25 years of comprehensive experience in the human resources and administrative management field combined with five years of operational management and sales in the life and health insurance industry.
Bob is a graduate of Millsaps College with a Bachelor of Arts in business administration and Louisiana State University, Graduate School of Banking of the South.
