Bryan is a partner in the disaster compliance division of HORNE. He works with state and local governments to solve the funding issues associated with disaster relief. He established and maintained the first state-based, real-time audit system for Public Assistance, providing the framework for regular, systematic management review to ensure program accountability and quality control for more than $2.8 billion. The process was recognized by the General Accounting Office in its report to Congress on disaster recovery.
Formerly, Bryan served as Director of the Office of Recovery for Mississippi Governor Haley Barbour. He testified numerous times before Congress and worked closely with federal agency heads including the Department of Homeland Security, Department of Housing and Urban Development, Small Business Administration, Department of Justice and Department of Labor. He worked with Congressional leadership, committees and the White House to distribute the $24 billion in federal aid provided to Mississippi following Hurricane Katrina. His work earned him public recognition on the floor the United States Senate.
Bryan earned his Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of Mississippi. He is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Fraud Examiner with extensive experience in construction accounting, false-claim cases and SEC investigations.

firm-wide service project, "50 Days of Service," committing to
