Charlie serves as a special projects IT senior manager in specialty accounting at HORNE LLP. He leads a team of IT project managers who are focused on providing technology tools to the specialty accounting team for oversight, accountability and transparency. His focus is on applying technical solutions to business problems, and he is responsible for all networking, automation, computing, digital document management/workflow and instructional technology support. His team has successfully developed technology for a state emergency management project with over $2 billion in funding and a state development authority project management office with oversight of over $5 billion in disaster and recovery funding.
Charlie joined HORNE in 2006 and has more than 15 years of experience in the information technology industry. He also brings more than 15 years of leadership and management experience as a Systems Automation Officer in the United States Army Reserve.
Charlie holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southern Mississippi.
