David serves HORNE as a partner in health care services. He provides health care consulting services for hospitals and other health care institutional facilities in areas such as Medicare/Medicaid cost reports, reimbursement issues and compliance.
He joined HORNE in 2001 and has more than 20 years of experience.
David received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in accounting from the University of Southern Mississippi.
