Hugh is a partner at HORNE LLP where he works in the firm's business advisory services.
He served as the executive partner at HORNE from 2003-2012 has more than 25 years of experience advising clients on strategic and operational matters. His areas of experience include assurance and tax services, and fraud, forensic and litigation services.
Hugh earned a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Accountancy from the University of Southern Mississippi and his Doctorate of Accountancy from Oklahoma State University. Recognized by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants as an outstanding Continuing Professional Education Instructor, he has taught continuing education courses across the country. Hugh is the author of numerous professional papers and several continuing professional education texts.
