Joe is the executive partner at HORNE LLP where he leads the firm's more than 400 team members. Prior to his executive partner role, Joe led the firm's disaster recovery management group and also previously served as the partner in charge of health care services. He serves as a member of HORNE's board of directors.
Joe joined HORNE in 1984. He has extensive experience in project and engagement management where he has led diverse consulting teams on client service projects for more than 15 years. He co-authored Creating Value: Your 90 Day Plan to Right Tracking Your Career, a book designed to help professionals jump start their careers and keep them on the right track. He has co-authored three additional books during his career with HORNE and has published numerous articles in national, state and local publications. He is a frequent speaker on professional development, strategic planning and time management.
Joe earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Mississippi.

Havens Becomes Executive Partner at HORNE LLP

Havens, CPA, has officially transitioned into his role as executive
partner of the firm effective today. His transition into leadership
