Julie is a manager in human resources at HORNE. She provides leadership in recruiting and selections programs, performance management, regulatory compliance, benefits administration, technology applications and other areas of human resources.
Julie joined the firm in 2002 and worked in health care services for three years prior to joining the human resources department. She has more than 30 years of experience in human resource management.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in history and psychology from Belhaven College. She is also designated as a Senior Professional in Human Resources by the Society for Human Resource Management.
