Katisha is a manager in specialty accounting at HORNE LLP. She works in the disaster recovery project management office providing support to a state community revitalization program. Prior to this she led a homeowner's assistance program compliance monitoring team.
Katisha joined HORNE in 2008. She has more than 10 years of experience working on and leading teams for federal and state funded transportation infrastructure projects with varying degrees of complexity. She has experience in project development, budget estimating, specification compliance and program management.
Katisha holds a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from Prairie View A&M University and a Master of Science in engineering management from University of Kansas.
