Kenneth is a program manager for a workforce housing program in
specialty accounting at HORNE LLP. He assists sub-recipients in
meeting contract and funding requirements in accordance to housing
and grant guidelines. He also develops and provides pre-monitoring
oversight to the program. He is certified in emergency preparedness
by the Department of Defense.
Kenneth joined HORNE in 2008. Prior to this he served as a
United States Army Officer for more than 20 years. He has extensive
experience in military operations and logistics. He also served as
the Deputy Defense Coordinating Officer for the states of
Mississippi and Alabama for the Department of Defense.
Kenneth attended the University of Southern Mississippi where he
received both his Bachelor of Science in personnel management and
Master of Science in workforce training and development.
