Dee is the partner in charge of franchise services for HORNE. His focus is on strategic tax planning and compliance issues. He provides management advisory services with an emphasis in serving franchises and other businesses in all facets of accounting and financial services.

Dee joined HORNE in 1987 and has more than 20 years of extensive experience advising businesses and franchises in taxation and financial planning. Dee has also played an integral role in developing and managing larger outsourcing projects.

Dee earned a Bachelor of Accountancy from Mississippi State University. He is licensed to practice in Alabama, Mississippi, and North Carolina.
