Paul is a director at HORNE where he provides quality oversight in health care services. His work includes cost reporting and consulting services in all areas of health care including, but not limited to, hospitals, home health agencies, rural health clinics, outpatient rehabilitation facilities and skilled nursing facilities.

Paul joined HORNE in 2001 after working with a local firm where he served as vice president of the health care division for eight years. He has more than 30 years of health care reimbursement and consulting experience.

Paul earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Southern Mississippi.
