Buck is a tax partner in HORNE's construction practice group. He oversees services to construction clients including federal and multi-state tax compliance, entity structuring, resolution of tax controversies, and other financial and business advisory assistance.
Buck joined HORNE in 1998 and has more than 25 years of public accounting experience providing tax advisory and consulting services to corporations, flow-through entities and individuals. He is a frequent speaker at civic and professional organizations and has published articles in national and local publications.
Buck earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Industry from Mississippi State University.
