Tracy serves as the chief strategic officer of HORNE LLP. Her responsibilities include assisting the Executive Partner in developing and implementing HORNE's strategy; tactical management of strategic initiatives including strategic alliances, growth initiatives, and succession; and working with the chief operating officer in implementing strategy at the operational level. Additional roles include directing HORNE's acquisition implementation, assisting in implementation of partner succession planning and compensation program, and ensuring that continuous improvement and proactive support of firm policies and procedures are inherent in strategic initiatives.  Tracy serves on HORNE's technology committee, operations team, and IT project review committee.

Tracy has been with HORNE for more than 25 years and has served in multiple roles during her tenure.

A contributing author since 2002 to the Management of an Accounting Practice Handbook produced by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Tracy was most recently published in 2009.  Her most recent contributions are chapters titled "Internal Firm Communications" and "Establishing Additional Offices."
