Vicki is a senior manager in the specialty accounting division of HORNE LLP. She is a division leader/coordinator assigned to state recovery accounting oversight projects where she provides disaster relief management and compliance for the public assistance and hazard mitigation grant programs in Biloxi, MS. In addition to providing project management, Vicki performs reviews of all pay requests prepared by analysts for submission to the state emergency management agency to ensure accuracy and compliance with federal and state policies.

Vicki joined the firm in 2007. Prior to this, she was the assistant controller and local area network coordinator for a manufacturing plant in Pensacola, FL. She also previously worked as a software tester on a federal cash accounting system project used by the Department of Defense and all branches of the military. She has more than 15 years of experience in public assistance accounting in government as well as six years of regional grants accounting for a state agency.

Vicki holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with an emphasis in accounting information systems from the University of West Florida.  She is a Certified Fraud Examiner.
