As the chief operating officer at HORNE LLP, Wendy is responsible for the oversight of the firm's administrative operations including finance, human resources, marketing, learning and development and technology. She serves on HORNE's technology committee, operations team and IT project review committee.
Wendy has more than 15 years of experience in public accounting with an international accounting firm where she worked with clients in both assurance and consulting services. Additionally, she has more than 10 years of experience in professional firm management and administration.
Wendy earned her Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of Mississippi. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Mississippi Society of Certified Public Accountants.
