Mentoring
From the moment you walk through our door as a HORNE LLP team
member, you will be assigned a mentor. Together, you and your
mentor will jointly develop and agree upon your performance goals
and priorities, identify and discuss your key strengths and
periodically review your progress. Consider your mentor your guide
as you continue to grow professionally.
Travel
Depending upon which of the firm's service lines you choose to
specialize in, travel can vary from one engagement to the
other.
